Advertising Reservations, Purchases & Terms and Conditions
All About Tees N Stuff LLC
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Arcadia Supports Local Community T-Shirt Project!
This project was created to celebrate Arcadia, Florida, while bringing local businesses together through a unique community advertising opportunity.
Participating businesses will have their advertisements featured on the back of a specially designed Arcadia T-shirt, along with an individual business advertisement on our website.
To ensure enough businesses participate before production begins, advertising spots will initially be available for a refundable $1 reservation deposit, subject to the terms outlined below.
By reserving an advertising spot, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. ADVERTISING PACKAGES & PRICING
Three advertising packages are available, with pricing based on the size of the advertising space selected.

Every advertising package includes:
One designated advertising spot on the back of the Arcadia Supports Local community T-shirt.
One full business advertisement on the dedicated Arcadia Supports Local webpage at AllAboutTeesNStuff.com.
One Arcadia Supports Local T-shirt featuring the completed community design.
Advertisement design assistance, if needed, using the business information and materials provided.
One digital proof of the advertisement for review and approval before production.
The selected advertising tier determines the size of the business's advertisement on the T-shirt.
All packages receive the same website advertising benefits and one included T-shirt, regardless of tier.
2. $1 ADVERTISING SPOT RESERVATIONS
Businesses may reserve their preferred available advertising spot for a $1 reservation deposit.
This deposit secures the selected advertising space during the initial reservation period.
Important Reservation Details:
Advertising spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each spot may be reserved by only one participating business.
A spot is considered reserved once the $1 deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed.
The $1 deposit will be applied toward the total price of the selected advertising package.
No additional payment is required until all available advertising spots have been reserved.
Paying the $1 reservation deposit does not mean the project has been approved for production. Production depends on the successful reservation and final payment of all available advertising spots.
3. RESERVATION PERIOD & DEADLINE
The initial reservation period will remain open for 60 calendar days from the project's official reservation opening date.
The reservation opening and closing dates will be displayed on the project webpage.
If all available advertising spots are reserved before the deadline, the project may proceed to the final payment stage early.
If all spots are not reserved by the published deadline, the project will be canceled unless participating businesses are offered and agree to an extension.
If the project is canceled because the required number of spots was not reserved, all $1 reservation deposits will be refunded in full.
4. FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Once all available advertising spots have been reserved, participating businesses will receive a notification confirming that the project has reached its reservation goal.
At that time, each business will receive instructions for submitting the remaining balance of its selected advertising package.

Final payments must be received within 7 calendar days of the payment notification.
The original $1 reservation deposit will be credited toward the total purchase price.
If a business fails to submit its remaining payment within the required timeframe:
Its advertising reservation may be canceled.
Its selected advertising space may become available to another business.
The original $1 reservation deposit will be forfeited, except where a refund is required by law or the project is ultimately canceled.
If a spot becomes available due to nonpayment, All About Tees N Stuff LLC may offer that space to another interested business.
Production will not begin until all advertising spots have been fully paid for and the final advertisements have been approved.
If the project cannot proceed because the necessary advertising payments cannot be secured, All About Tees N Stuff LLC will cancel the project and refund all payments received from participating businesses.
5. RESERVATION DEPOSITS & REFUND POLICY
$1 RESERVATION DEPOSIT POLICY
The initial $1 reservation deposit is refundable if the project does not move forward.
A full refund of the reservation deposit will be issued if:
The required number of advertising spots is not reserved by the established deadline.
All About Tees N Stuff LLC cancels the project.
The project cannot proceed because sufficient final payments are not received.
If all advertising spots have been reserved and the project proceeds to the final payment stage, customers are responsible for paying their remaining balance within the required timeframe.
Customers who voluntarily cancel or fail to complete their purchase after the final payment notification may forfeit their $1 reservation deposit, except as otherwise provided in these terms or required by law.
FINAL ADVERTISING PURCHASE POLICY
All completed advertising package purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or when All About Tees N Stuff LLC cannot fulfill the purchased advertising package.
Once the remaining balance has been paid, refunds will not be issued for:
Changes of mind or voluntary cancellations.
Requests to change or cancel an approved advertisement.
Failure to provide required advertising information by the established deadline.
Dissatisfaction with the number of T-shirts sold or distributed.
Dissatisfaction with website traffic, customer inquiries, or other advertising results.
Errors in advertisement information previously reviewed and approved by the customer.
If All About Tees N Stuff LLC cancels the project or is unable to deliver the purchased advertising package, affected customers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
All refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights provided by applicable law.
6. ADVERTISING SPOT SELECTION & PLACEMENT
Customers may select their preferred available advertising spot from the designated Gold, Silver, or Bronze spaces.
Advertising spaces vary in size and location.
The exact size and placement of the advertisement will correspond to the selected spot shown on the project advertising board.
All About Tees N Stuff LLC reserves the right to make minor adjustments to artwork, spacing, or positioning when necessary to meet printing requirements.
However, the selected advertising tier and general placement will remain consistent with the purchased spot.
Advertisements must remain within their designated advertising spaces.
7. ADVERTISEMENT DESIGN & APPROVAL
Each advertising package includes basic advertisement design assistance at no additional charge.
Participating businesses must provide the information they would like included in their advertisements.
This may include their business name, logo, phone number, website, social media information, slogan, or a brief description of their services.
The amount of information that can be displayed on the T-shirt will depend on the size of the advertising space purchased.
All advertisements will be designed to remain as clear and legible as reasonably possible within the selected space.
Advertisement Approval:
Each participating business will receive a digital proof of its T-shirt advertisement before production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully and verifying that all information is correct.
Once an advertisement has been approved, any requested changes may be limited or unavailable.
All About Tees N Stuff LLC is not responsible for errors in information or artwork approved by the customer.
8. WEBSITE ADVERTISING
Every completed advertising package includes one full business advertisement on the dedicated Arcadia Supports Local webpage at:
Unlike the T-shirt advertising spaces, website advertisements will not be restricted to the dimensions of the purchased Gold, Silver, or Bronze spot.
Each participating business will receive its own advertisement featuring its submitted business information.
Website advertisements may include the business's name, logo, description, contact information, and links to its website or social media pages.
Website Advertising Duration
Business advertisements will remain on the Arcadia Supports Local project webpage for a minimum of 12 months from the date the completed project webpage is officially launched.
Website advertisements are intended to provide additional exposure beyond the printed T-shirts.
Website placement does not guarantee a specific number of visitors, inquiries, or sales.
9. INCLUDED COMMUNITY T-SHIRT
Each completed advertising package includes one Arcadia Supports Local community T-shirt featuring the finalized design and participating business advertisements.
The included T-shirt is part of the advertising package purchase price.
Customers will be able to select their preferred available shirt size before production.
Additional T-shirts may be purchased separately at the advertised retail price.
Shipping or delivery arrangements will be communicated before final payment. Any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed in advance.
10. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
T-shirt production will begin after:
All available advertising spots have been reserved.
All participating businesses have submitted their remaining balances.
All required advertisements have been completed and approved.
The final community T-shirt design has been prepared for production.
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated to participating businesses once the project is ready to proceed.
Production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, printing requirements, and supplier availability.
All About Tees N Stuff LLC will make reasonable efforts to keep participating businesses informed of significant production delays.
11. BUSINESS INFORMATION & ADVERTISING RIGHTS
Participating businesses are responsible for ensuring that all submitted advertising information is accurate and that they have permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, or other materials provided.
By submitting advertising materials, customers grant All About Tees N Stuff LLC permission to reproduce and display those materials for purposes directly related to the Arcadia Supports Local project.
This includes use on the community T-shirts, dedicated project webpage, and promotional materials advertising the project.
All About Tees N Stuff LLC reserves the right to decline advertising containing unlawful, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material.
If an advertisement cannot be accepted, the business will be given an opportunity to submit acceptable replacement content before its spot is canceled.
12. ADVERTISING RESULTS DISCLAIMER
The Arcadia Supports Local project is intended to promote participating local businesses and encourage community support.
However, advertising results will vary.
All About Tees N Stuff LLC does not guarantee any specific number of T-shirt sales, website visits, customer inquiries, or sales generated through participation.
Purchasing an advertising package guarantees the advertising placements and included T-shirt described in the selected package, not a particular advertising outcome.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting the $1 reservation deposit, customers acknowledge and agree that:
The $1 payment reserves their selected available advertising spot.
The $1 deposit will be applied toward the total advertising package price.
The project must reach its reservation goal before final payments are requested.
If the project does not move forward, the reservation deposit will be refunded.
Once all advertising spots are reserved, the remaining balance must be paid within 7 calendar days of notification.
Failure to complete the final payment may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the $1 deposit, subject to the refund exceptions stated above.
Completed advertising purchases are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these terms or required by law.
Every completed advertising package includes one designated T-shirt advertisement, one full website advertisement, and one community T-shirt.
By completing a reservation or final advertising purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
